Phil Games

Phil Games is chief executive of Simcocks Advocates and also heads the Private Client, Trusts and Wealth Management teams. He specialises in working with other professionals to create bespoke offshore and multi-jurisdictional structures such as trusts and companies for use in tax planning.

Phil has considerable expertise in advising wealthy international families and institutional trustees who want to restructure their personal and commercial interests. He also deals with complex trust, estate and probate matters. Phil has a wealth of knowledge on establishing international pension schemes. He acts for many of the leading trust companies in the Isle of Man and is often instructed by city law practices. Phil serves on the board of a number of financial services and commercial bodies.

Phil was born in Wales, moved to the Isle of Man in 1972, and is married with three children. His leisure interests include travelling across the Irish Sea in a RIB (weather permitting), snowboarding, skiing, rugby (spectating!), golf and sculpture.
