Who we Are

Lloyds TSB

Company background:

Lloyds TSB Offshore Limited is part of a leading UK-based financial services group providing a wide range of banking and financial services primarily in the UK. In December 1995, the Lloyds TSB Group was established following the merger of the TSB Group and Lloyds Bank. We became Lloyds Banking Group on 19 January 2009 following the acquisition of HBOS plc.

Our doors first opened in the Isle of Man in 1897 with just three employees. Today we employ over 500 people in the Island. We have a consistent organisational structure that supports a well connected network of branches. There is good communication between branches and all divisions of the Lloyds TSB network to ensure our customers can always access information regarding their accounts.

As a relationship bank we always place our customers at the forefront of our vision and we strive, with passion, to meet their needs.

Why we joined the Champions scheme.

We, at Lloyds TSB Offshore Limited, considered it a great honour when the Chief Minister invited our Company to join the scheme. Freedom to Flourish’ ethos in promoting the Isle of Man as a country of great opportunity to live and work really resonated with our own purpose. That is to build deep, lasting, customer relationships which help them achieve what’s important to them. We also strive to make our own business a great place to work for our employees.

Adrian Olsen has been chosen to be our representative and will act as our Freedom to Flourish Champion. He said, "I am keen to be part of this exciting scheme and will work hard to raise awareness of Freedom to Flourish initiatives amongst staff and customers alike. Lloyds TSB believes whole heartedly in the co-operation between the community and government and I value my role as a Champion of those causes which bring the two closer together".
