Established in 1987 the Hamblin Employment Group is the largest recruitment, HR and training consultancy in the Isle of Man.
Today we employ a team of seventeen professionals dedicated to assisting employers and employees alike.
Through our extensive suite of offices in Victoria Street, Hamblin operates four recruitment divisions:

Hamblin supply quality staff from office junior through to board level appointments. As part of our recruitment service we can also offer personality profiling and skills assessments.
Hamblin Skills Academy
The Hamblin Skills Academy is based in Tower House, Douglas and is a centre for learning and personal development.
We run a range of public courses. These programmes cover soft skills, and include management development, customer service, sales and general business training.
In addition to our standard range of programmes we also design and deliver bespoke training on behalf of our clients.
When not in use the Hamblin Skills Academy can be hired as a conference and meeting facility.
